Task 1:      

For each of the nouns, write an adjective that can describe a person.Then put it in sentence of your own.

New Year's Resolutions

celebrate, count down, set all fireworks, resolutions, accomplish, follow through. In the new year, I make three resolutions.The first is I can improve my English in workshop.The second is I can get a new healthy baby. The third one is I can get a job in five years.

There are two women have flown into space,one is Roberta Bondar, the other is Julie Payette.
Let us talk about them.

Roberta was born in 1945. She went to University of Guelph. 
She has four jobs,a scientist, a physician, an astronaut, a photographer.When she was a child, her father built a laboratory for her science experiments in their basement.
She wrote a book named " Touching The Earth".


Julie was born in October 20, 1963.
She studied in Montreal and Toronto.
She can speak a lot of languages including English, French,Spanish, Italian,Russian and German.
She got a lot of degrees in University.
She became the first Canadian woman to return to space.
